Matcha cheese cake

Ingredients

For the base:

  • 150 g crushed biscuits
  • 70 g melted butter

For the filling:

  • 300 g cream cheese
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1–2 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 g gelatin (or agar-agar alternative)
  • 3 tbsp warm water

Instructions
