Coconut matcha latte

A smooth, tropical blend of creamy coconut and refined matcha.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 60 ml hot water (not boiling)
  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 1–2 tsp sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or coconut sugar)
  • Ice (for iced version)

Instructions 

1.Prepare the matcha
Whisk matcha powder with hot water until smooth and frothy.
2.Prepare the coconut milk
Warm or shake the coconut milk well for a creamy texture.
3.Combine
Add coconut milk to a glass, then pour in the prepared matcha.
4.Sweeten
Add sweetener to taste and mix gently.
5.Serve
Enjoy warm, or pour over ice for a refreshing iced version.

Serving Tip

For a richer texture, lightly froth the coconut milk before adding it to the matcha.
For an iced version, use chilled coconut milk and large ice cubes to keep the flavor smooth and well-balanced.
