• Consumable products (including coffee, matcha, and tea) cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
• Defective or incorrect items must be reported immediately upon delivery and before any use or consumption.

For any approved non-defective returns:

• Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer
• A 30% restocking fee will apply

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products that have been used, opened, or altered

If such items are returned despite these conditions, the cost of re-shipping the items back to the customer will be borne by the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the above conditions.
